Seeking an experienced Aged Care Manager to oversee operations and clinical care at a fully compliant residential home in West Brisbane. Supported by a strong and experienced clinical team and thorough onboarding.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead a diverse team, managing performance, workforce planning and other HR practices
- Ensure your home complies with the Aged Care standards
- Collaborate with your leadership team and frontline staff to foster a positive, friendly, helpful and engaged culture
- Responsible for oversight of all aspects of clinical care provision, direction and performance
- Ensure the efficient operational and financial management of the home

**Requirements:**

- Proven leadership skills
- Strong understanding of compliance and Accreditation Standards
- In-depth knowledge of continuous improvement, ACFI and the Aged Care Standards
- Sound financial and budgeting skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
- Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change.
