DM Roads ITS QLD is Downers Intelligent Transport Systems and On Road Electrical business unit providing construction and maintenance solutions for various clients across Southeast QLD. We are a fast-growing team with a presence on some of the largest infrastructure projects in the Gold Coast region including the Gold Coast Light rail 3 and Exit 49 Upgrade.

We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join the team, to deliver timely and accurate transactional data, comply with processes, procedures, and systems, and ensure exemplary service to internal customers.

**About You**:

- 3 Years experience in Project Administration, Contract Administration (highly desirable)
- Valid 'C' Class Licence
- Background in Civil Construction, Electrical, Infrastructure (highly desirable)
- Strong office management skills.
- Capacity to work accurately with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage the Operations of Fleet, Tools, and procurement of consumables.
- Uniform management and allocation.
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Experience
- Run Project and Group Reporting
- Project procurement and Logistics
- Experience in ERP systems, Ideally JDEGS (highly desirable)
- Adept at building engagement and strong working relationship with all levels of the organization and external parties
