Digital Learning Content Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our content development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital learning content creation and management, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Translate client requirements into clear solutions
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Maintain client engagement throughout delivery phases
  • Coordinate with technical developers and subject matter experts as needed
  • Lead the design and development of high-quality digital learning content across various platforms
  • Create engaging digital assets including videos, interactive media, and e-learning modules

Business Development & Client Management:
  • Lead proposal preparation and demonstrations of our portfolio
  • Provide technical consultation to clients, leveraging expertise in digital learning solutions
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in engineering-intensive industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and technical teams
  • Represent us at industry events, client meetings, and conferences

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, design, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3-5 years in digital content creation using Articulate Storyline/360
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and achieving targets
  • Experience with learning content development and management systems
