Join our enthusiastic team at Nectar Espresso, the most welcoming coffee shop located at the stunning North Burleigh Beach

We are currently seeking an experienced supervisor to come on board, starting with a casual position offering 25-38 hours per week. Availability during weekends, school holidays, and public holidays is essential.

We are specifically looking for someone with the following qualifications and skills:

- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment
- Barista expertise to handle high volumes of coffee, we can make upwards of 500+ coffees on any given day
- Experience in shift supervision, including familiarity with ordering and managing par levels, along with the ability to think proactively and react quickly
- A genuine passion for their workplace, teammates, and collaboration with other departments
- A love for busy environments and the ability to operate efficiently with a sense of urgency

Nectar Espresso is situated at the southern end of the North Burleigh Surf Club, allowing you to work right on the beachfront in a friendly, local atmosphere with a fantastic team.

We take pride in serving top-quality Allpress coffee, delicious food, and exceptional customer service, even during the busiest times.

Please note that our operating hours are between 4:30 AM and 9:30 PM, seven days a week, and your availability may be needed during these hours. Once you're settled in, we will work towards establishing a regular rotation.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.25 - $45.15 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
