Your Journey Will Include:

  • A nationally accredited hospitality leadership qualification for 12 months, fully funded.
  • A traineeship position at a competitive wage, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
  • Regular time allocated in your roster to attend courses, network with like-minded leaders, and put theory into practice.
  • Support and coaching through coursework, project work, and opportunities to implement change within our organisation.

Day-to-Day Duties Will Encompass:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, creating memorable moments, and consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members, demonstrating exceptional customer service, supporting training, and celebrating wins.
  • Managing Club Operations, including opening and closing, cash handling, legislative compliance, and day-to-day management tasks.

  • Is passionate about a career in hospitality leadership.
  • Excels in communication, initiative, and decision-making.
  • Has current RSA and RCG competency.
  • Can adapt to rotating rosters, overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
