Full-time Supervisor Barista Role

Pavilion Cafe is hiring a full-time supervisor to work in Geelong, VIC. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and versatile individual who enjoys creating exceptional coffee experiences for customers.

  • We are looking for someone who can prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, provide excellent customer service, and support various aspects of our cafe operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, following established recipes and quality standards.
  • Greet customers warmly and engage with them in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, safely and proficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area, including brewing equipment, counters, and serving areas.
  • Assist in stocking and replenishing coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred.
  • RSA certification
  • Strong passion for coffee and genuine enthusiasm for creating exceptional coffee experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
