At Sydney City Kia, we're seeking a skilled Service Advisor to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality vehicle maintenance, this role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers for the service department and update them on the status of their vehicle.
  • Explain service options and processes to customers.
  • Communicate with colleagues to schedule and complete necessary repairs.
  • Order parts where applicable.
  • Update customer databases as required and complete all relevant paperwork.
  • Follow manufacturer and dealership warranty policies effectively and efficiently.
  • Prepare repair orders and job sheets in preparation of customer requests to be executed through the workshop for prompt invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor is highly regarded.
  • The ability to work cooperatively in a team and autonomously within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong computer and literacy skills.
