Overview

Join to apply for the Site Supervisor - Brisbane CBD role at Menzies Facility Services.

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing PART TIME Commercial Cleaning/Site Supervisor in the Brisbane CBD area. Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM. This role reports to the Contracts Manager and manages a team of cleaners within a key client contract in Brisbane's CBD.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate staff, deliver superior client satisfaction
  • Understand contractual responsibilities and service delivery requirements
  • Build relationships with customers and respond to their requirements
  • Implement and manage a successful team to achieve contractual KPIs
  • Ensure services are delivered within the occupational health, safety and sustainability framework
  • Client liaison
  • Daily quality assurance inspections
  • Rostering and organising cleaners for daily cleaning requirements
Qualifications / Skills
  • Experience in managing cleaning service contracts or similar
  • Strong organisational and relationship-building skills
  • Good project management
  • Basic competence in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
