Salesforce Marketing Automation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Automation specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance, ensuring seamless data management and cleansing.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing automation is integrated with other systems and processes, staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and functionality. Your strong understanding of CRM systems and processes, specifically Salesforce, will enable you to develop and implement effective marketing automation workflows and journeys.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance, including data management and data cleansing
  • Maintain and document marketing cloud configuration and operational processes
  • Support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service cloud
  • Develop and implement marketing automation workflows and journeys
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the marketing team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing automation is integrated with other systems and processes

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and implementation
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and processes, specifically Salesforce
  • Proficient in SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT or related field
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification preferred
