**About the Role**
The Operations Manager will provide operational leadership throughout the organisation to ensure effective delivery of all operational aspects of the college.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Supervising & executing day-to-day operations of the business
- Developing, reviewing and improving administrative systems
- Assisting CEO in business development duties including, but not limited to, research, information gathering, negotiations and dealing with stakeholders.
- Provide leadership to the Operations team ensuring the staff is supported through development programs and performance reviews to maximize their professional growth, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and manage the Operations on complete organisation level to deliver the cyclical workload and deliver consistently high quality service across the organisation overseeing administration and compliance including, finance administration, human resource management, operations, and resources management.
- Resources management, including procurement activities, iexpenses, infrastructure requirements, staff recruitment management and day-to-day non-salary expenditure oversight.
- Dealing with employee complaints and grievance
- Being fully responsible for Health & Safety and implement necessary measures to improve health & safety at work
- Management of accounts, invoices, staff hours and wages
- Assiting to CEO wherever required in every day to day activities

**Eligibility**:

- Qualification is not important for this role
- Atleast one year experience in a similar role or any office management and administrator role
- Excellent written and spoken english
- Strong knowledge in computers usage
- Strong negotiation skills and can do attitude

**Salary**: Up to $80,000.00 per year
