
Culture And Capability Team Administrator

Reporting to the Head of Talent & Capability, this role is responsible for administration, coordination of comms, event management and reporting on all nominated Capability & Culture programs across the business.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Work with the Capability & Culture team to ensure all nominated leadership, functional and systems training invites are sent.
- Coordinate training events; including venue management, equipment set up, communication of session details and management of learning materials.
- Help develop and distribute internal communications related to culture and capability initiatives
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement in culture and capability initiatives.
- Ensure invoices and timesheets are processed and with accurate data entry
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on program effectiveness, key metrics, and trends to share with stakeholders and executive leadership.
**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a similar culture & capability coordinator role where you have had to coordinate training and development programs
- Familiar with reporting based technologies including google sheets, google analytics, workday and linkedin learning is highly preferred
- Experience in database management
- Exposure to working in a fast paced and team focused environment where you have had to manage your own time and at times work under pressure and with accuracy
