**About your new role**:

- Building a client base through business development and networking
- Managing the recruitment process end to end
- Work within a team environment and generate new ideas for business improvement

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Previous experience in recruitment is highly desired but is not essential
- If you have no recruitment experience a sales background is essential
- must be highly motivated and sales driven
- Demonstrated experience in professional recruitment
- Strong customer service skills and a focus on doing the right thing
