**Job Summary**

**We are looking for multiple roles with in Green Square IGA & Carenegie IGA**.

You will be given the flexibility to tailor the stores service and product offerings to meet the specific needs of our customers within the local area. This is a great opportunity to join our team and be part of our continuing success and new challenges.

Within this role you will be responsible for supporting the management team in maximising the overall financial performance of the store. Your operational experience and staff development skills will allow you to motivate the team to deliver consistently high standards of customer service.

**Key responsibilities**
- Resolve customer issues or complaints by determining optimal solutions.
- Maximise sales and profitability by identifying and delivering on opportunities for growth
- Provide a positive working environment and handle employee issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers and staff to attain results
- Stock Filling Duties
- Heavy Lifting
- Work in Freezer and Cool Room
- Check Stock Codes
- Comply with Store Customer Service Standards
- Adhere to Security Procedures and Safe Work Practices.
- Carry Out Housekeeping Procedures
- Work as part of a team

**About you**:

- Significant supermarket or retail experience essential
- Effective leadership skills and the ability to motivate others
- Operational experience in stock management and inventory control as well as front end and office management
- Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
- Strong interpersonal, motivational, communication and organizational skills
- Have an eye for detail, with the ability to problem solve, prioritising workloads to meet deadlines and enforce store standards

- Work well as part of a team
- Listen to instructions and carry out work as required.
- Possess at least the following qualities: Honest, Reliable, Responsible, Enthusiastic, Hard Working, Efficient, Consistent and Pro-Active
- Work well in a fast paced environment and under pressure
- Must show exceptional customer service
- Well Presented
- Good communication skills. Proficient in English.
- Police Clearance
- RSA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
