The Mint Fresh **IGA** Group is a growing independent retail group based in Sydney. We are currently looking team members for our EPPING store
- **Duty Manager, Epping. Minimum 18 hours per week (3 days a week +)**:

- **Located directly across from Epping train station and transport**

**Skills and Experience required**:

- A genuine passion for supermarkets
- The ability to provide outstanding levels of customer service
- The ability to reach sales targets, KPIs and promote growth
- The ability to multitask and manage daily complexities autonomously
- Availability over a 7 day roster

**Successful applicants will**:

- Have the ability to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment
- Proven ability in managing inventory and merchandise
- A passion for the Retail Food industry
- Proven experience ordering and replenishing displays
- Commitment to grow and develop with our business
