Reporting to the site senior leaders, you'll play an essential role in creating an inviting atmosphere.
Your responsibilities include:Greeting guests with a warm welcome and assisting with ticketing, food and beverage choices, and seating.Keeping our cinemas spotless, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all.Working as part of a fun, energetic team to deliver exceptional service that keeps guests coming back.About You:We're looking for positive, friendly individuals who thrive in a team environment and have a passion for creating great guest experiences.
While previous customer service experience is helpful, what matters most is:A genuine commitment to guest service and creating memorable moments.Team spirit, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude.Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.Availability:With great movies come great responsibilities
We offer flexible, rotational shifts but need team members who can be available during peak times.
