Job Description

We're seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our front office team at a modern hotel in Geelong. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

  • Welcome guests and assist with check-in, check-out, and enquiries.
  • Handle reservations, payments, and guest accounts efficiently.
  • Provide accurate local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guest stays.
  • Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems on the spot.
  • Professional presentation and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
