Our Client is a unique and rapidly growing cloud-based mobile platform for managing complex construction activity in the field.
The Platform connects the full construction workforce with the supply chain in real-time enabling the efficient management of highly dynamic environments.
The platform incorporates scheduling, live tracking, safety processes, and valuable data collection and analysis for optimisation of projects and future planning.Post the rollout of the first version of Client's scheduling board on Sydney's tallest residential skyscraper construction project in 2018, the platform has been adopted by all leading top tier builders in Australia and New Zealand and is now growing into the US market.We are now hiring talent to join our well-funded, fast-growing tech business with a strong, experienced team.The RoleAs a BDR specializing in the Loading Dock market for APAC, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach in this growing sector.
Your ultimate goal will be to set high-quality meetings and build a pipeline for the Head of Loading Docks, contributing directly to revenue growth and market expansion.
This role is ideal for someone early in their B2B sales career and looking to grow into a full-cycle sales position over time.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to identify new projects, trends, and potential clients in the loading dock and logistics space.Prospect and establish relationships with stakeholders in Facilities Management, Commercial Real Estate Management, and related businesses.Set up and qualify discovery meetings for the Head of Loading Docks.Maintain and grow the current opportunity pipeline while generating new leads through outbound outreach.Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to align messaging and campaigns for the sector.Provide regular insights and feedback on customer needs, market shifts, and competitive positioning.Ideal ProfileYou possess a Degree, preferably in Engineering or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or enterprise deal selling.Proven experience selling to or working with Commercial Real Estate Management, Access Control, or Parking Software companies is advantageous.You have extensive research abilities and a knack for digging deep into databases and market insights to uncover new opportunities.You are proficient in CRM systems and sales tools (preferably Salesforce).
You have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, as well as the ability to engage with and build credibility with industry professionals.You are a proactive self-starter with a collaborative spirit and a growth mindset, and can thrive in fast-paced environments.We are looking for strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.What's on Offer?
