About the Role
This position involves overseeing the technology behind a customer experience platform, working closely with various stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily workflow for a team focused on customer experience.
Configure surveys, reports, and program enhancements using software.
Collaborate with senior colleagues on customer implementations and program enhancements.
Support business meetings by leveraging capabilities.
Work with teams to resolve technical inquiries.
Requirements:
Prior experience with a customer experience platform and digital tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and SQL is beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
