Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct customer support and enhancing customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in Disability Support or equivalent experience, technical literacy in Microsoft Office, and supervisory skills. They will also be able to physically support customers and hold a valid NSW Driver's C class license.
The Customer Experience Specialist will play a key role in developing and reviewing individualized support plans, coordinating daily support and activities for customers, and enhancing customer experience through innovative solutions.
