**Job description**

Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers North Lakes has recently opened and is becoming a busy location with great feedback from locals.

We are now looking for a charismatic leader to run our front of house North Lakes team and all aspects of front of house restaurant management.

In this role you will oversee customer greetings / reservation management, order taking, upselling and closing the bill as well as bar management and stock ordering and management of the take away section. You will manage a small but very capable team.

You will be trained by our co-founders and our front of house-training team to ensure all systems are followed to company standards and to ensure you are confident in your new role.

Prior front of house restaurant management experience is required as is team management and delegation and organisational skills.

We are in Italian restaurant so a love for Italian food and wine is also a must

**Job Types**: 30 hours per week Casual

Pay: Restaurant Industry Award Rates

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Restaurant Management: 2 to 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 26/02/2025

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 32 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

- FOH supervisor: 2 years (required)
