**The Role**

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll play a key role in managing the bistro front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and top-notch customer satisfaction. You'll support and lead our dedicated team, coordinating daily operations, maintaining high standards, and handling any challenges that come your way.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and inspire our front-of-house Bistro team to deliver exceptional service.
- Coordinate daily operations, from reservations and seating to overseeing service.
- Ensure a consistent, quality guest experience, creating a friendly, local pub atmosphere.
- Assist in training and mentoring staff, helping them grow in their roles.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues with a professional, positive attitude.

**What We're Looking For**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality, ideally in a pub or bistro.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A friendly, approachable manner with a love for providing excellent service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment.
- Attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
- RSA certification and a passion for the industry.

Pay: $28.87 - $36.09 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
