About the Role

The Front of House Supervisor is a critical member of our restaurant operations team. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to maintain a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Deliver outstanding customer service during service periods">
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, adhering to health and safety guidelines">
  • Train and mentor junior staff to provide excellent service to customers">
  • Develop and manage employee schedules to meet operational needs">
  • Address and resolve any restaurant-related issues">
  • Complete opening and closing duties as assigned, ensuring readiness of staff, equipment, stock, stations, and floor for service">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ year working in a fast-service restaurant management role">
  • Exceptional service skills and customer focus">
  • Ability to cross-communicate with front and back of the house">
  • Leadership skills to effectively manage and coordinate FOH staff">
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure">
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to mentor and train staff">
  • A team player with a positive attitude, contributing to a collaborative work environment">
