Job Role:
We are seeking a skilled Operational Risk Specialist to join our Business Operational Risk Management team. As part of this role, you will support all divisions in their contributions to the Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting process.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen controls end-to-end.
Conduct control assurance activities, investigate incidents thoroughly, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational resilience.
Closely collaborate with audit and assurance teams to review control effectiveness and implement improvements.
Facilitate engaging risk workshops and training sessions, providing valuable insights and strategies.
Essential Skills:
At least 3 years of experience in Operational Risk, Assurance, Regulatory Engagement, or Regulatory Reporting.
Able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and collaborate across various seniority levels.
Strong problem-solving skills, lateral thinking, and ability to grasp complex concepts.
