  • This role is responsible for identifying, assessing and mitigating operational risks within the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to implement and improve business systems and processes through the use of risk and compliance frameworks.
  • Key responsibilities include risk profiling, control design and provision of subject matter expertise on risk and control items.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in first and second line supporting a line of business and possess a legal, risk or compliance background.
  • A leadership role would be preferred but not essential.
  • The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement skills, a practical approach to solving issues with strong commercial acumen, and excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

  • We are seeking an experienced risk professional who can provide guidance on risk and control items and assist in regulatory responses and engagement matters.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for uplifting risk management maturity and practices, including the development of key risk indicators.
  • The role requires a structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills, able to lead key initiatives and engage senior stakeholders to ensure key outcomes are delivered.

Your Qualifications:

  • 6+ years' experience in Risk
  • Experience in first and second line supporting a line of business
  • Legal, risk or compliance background
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Practical approach to solving issues with strong commercial acumen
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
  • Business, finance, project or general management tertiary qualification preferred
