**About the role**:
Powerlink plays a central role in connecting Queenslanders to a new energy future. As part of this, we are delivering a number of major projects, including renewable energy developments, across Queensland. We have two newly created positions in our Community and Delivery Services Group, which will help support this project growth.

Your role will be to provide technical, administrative and project delivery support to Property Project Managers, as they manage the delivery of the land access required our Projects to proceed and succeed.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Understanding the delivery stages and aspects of the route selection/acquisition process;
- Assisting with preliminary project investigations;
- Assisting with project management support, including cost and time reporting;
- Assisting with the required contractual documentation required ;
- Developing and communicating property access schedules.

You will be initially engaged for a maximum term of 24 months.

**About you**:
To be successful in this position, you will have some experience in a similar project or land access environment, as related to large infrastructure projects.

You have knowledge of land tenure, environmental constraints, cultural heritage matters, community engagement and government expectations.

Your formal qualifications could include a Relevant Certificate IV qualification in business, property or project management or a technical field such as engineering, survey or land management.
