Harry West Flags has been proudly making flags on Sydney Harbour's foreshore for over 110 years.
We're Australia's oldest continuous flag maker – and now we're looking for afriendly, organised, and proactive Customer Service Support personto join our team.

What You'll Do
Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries (phone, email, in-person).
Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate approvals.
Work with our production team to ensure smooth delivery.
Maintain accurate CRM data (HubSpot preferred).
CreateSOPs, workflows, and systemsto streamline operations.
Balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
About You
Experience incustomer service, administration, or sales support.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Clear communicator, positive attitude, and resilient mindset.
Experience with CRMs (HubSpot a plus).
Familiarity withGoogle Workspace, Production Sheet, Xero/Canva basics, ChatGPT, or Shopifya bonus.
