We're looking for a **Field Service Manager**to join our team in **Newcastle**, on a Full-time, Fixed Term Contract (10 Months) to cover maternity leave.

In this position, you will co-ordinate the activities of field technicians in our Service team.

**What will you be doing?**
- Assisting with planning and delivering repair/maintenance works
- Helping with coordinating and administrative duties
- Monitoring material inventory control
- Managing performance and skill development of the team
- Spending time out in the field developing business relationships
- Contributing to customer satisfaction

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment (new graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Full drivers' licence
- Proven success in coordinating multiple tasks across multiple teams
- Strong commitment to safety in the workplace
- Ability to interact with customers and ensure positive impact
