Field Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support to our clients and ensuring their equipment is running at optimal levels.

About the Job
  • Perform field machine inspections to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze equipment failures and provide recommendations for repair or replacement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Supervise and oversee projects on customer sites to ensure timely completion and quality results.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct site visits to assess equipment condition and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including site visit reports and technical notes.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or technical services.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a field service or technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
