**About the role**:
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a motivated Franchise Business Manager to lead and support our QLD Franchise network. The role will involve aligning national standards, whilst delivering customer satisfaction and driving franchise growth and profitability. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting stores ranging from Cairns through to the Gold Coast and be able to plan their time to maximise results. The most important part of the FBM role is being able to develop and maintain relationships and be able to influence results.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Hit profit and sales targets
- Maintain and drive The Athletes Foot National Standards and Culture
- Develop strong relationships with franchisees and their teams
- Visit stores and develop business plans and growth strategies
- Project managing store builds
- Weekly reporting and communication with Franchisees
- Host State Forum meetings
- Attend National Conferences

**To be successful you will have**:

- Ability to have a collaborative relationship with Franchisees and Head Office
- Be able to influence and have strong negotiation skills
- Great problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
- The ability to identify gaps in operational performance, and effectively implement improvement plans with franchisees
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and time management skills
