Role Overview

We are a dynamic and innovative dessert franchise specializing in Mochi-inspired treats, aiming to provide an unforgettable experience for dessert lovers while expanding our network across Australia and internationally.

To lead our franchise growth and accelerate the launch of new locations, we are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Franchise Growth Specialist to scale our brand through strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for scaling our brand by driving recruitment, onboarding, and support of new franchisees, ensuring each new location is set up for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential franchisees by conducting thorough market research, identifying high-potential areas, and managing the recruitment pipeline.
  • Provide hands-on support to new franchisees throughout the onboarding process, from site selection and store launch to ongoing operational guidance.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform decisions on new franchise locations and strategies.
  • Set ambitious growth targets for new franchise openings and work relentlessly to meet these targets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for franchisees, building long-term relationships that foster brand loyalty and success.
