The Emerging Business team's mission is to decarbonise the way Australians live, work and move

We're an eclectic team of entrepreneurs, designers, strategists, engineers, and product and commercial specialists, on a mission to design and realise Australia's low-carbon future. The Key purpose of this role

Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Venture Design, you will on a day-to-day basis work in an entrepreneurial cross-functional team that seeks to rapidly experiment and bring to market propositions that make customers' lives easier.

In this role, you will be responsible for proactively developing and executing our fleet procurement and management, as well as guiding the operation strategy to maximise the value of our EV subscription business. Additionally, you will be building out and managing the network of supply partners and working with them to maintain strong relationships and a well-functioning fleet. This will be a rare opportunity for someone with a passion for creating a sustainable future to join an all-star team to create impact.

You'd make a 10x impact on our team by- Develop and manage our fleet procurement strategies to drive maximum commercial value at scale- Optimise the operational process of our growing fleet- Building and maintaining fleet partnerships that unlock future value both for the customer and the business- Build business cases that demonstrate ROI of new opportunities- Drive continuous process improvements as the business scales- Ongoing fleet planning, monitoring and optimisation to ensure we are tracking to goals and identifying new opportunities- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations- Foster networks in the mobility ecosystem, including representing AGL at external events such as trade shows, conferences, and policy discussions
