**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the ANZ Logistics Director, the National Logistics Manager AU, has full P&L ownership as well as responsibility for Transport and our distribution centres across various Australia locations. This role is critical in delivering Suntory products to consumers in the most efficient manner across a large transport operation.

With a strategic focus this role with take ownership for planning the future logistics network as well as delivering major change programs.

As an experienced leader you will foster a high engagement culture, in alignment with our Suntory Leadership Values, enabling you to succeed through others.
What you'll be doingThis is a pivotal Senior leadership role which as responsibility for:

- Functional leadership of all distribution centres and transport activities across all locations.
- Collaborating with other senior leaders within supply including planning, manufacturing, procurement, Safety and Quality
- Leading all logistics activity in the movement of Suntory diverse product range through to the customer.
- Optimising service levels, ensuring they are met or exceeded, as well as leading and delivering on the company's strategic logistics objectives nationally.
- Developing and identifying strategic Projects that deliver on-going value to the supply chain and improve distribution activities.
- Lead all logistics-specific supplier tender and contract negotiations in line with the procurement process.
Experience that you will bring:
With a positive can-do attitude, you will demonstrate the ability and desire to build strong stakeholder relationships as well as:

- Extensive experience leading large teams in a multi-site operation.
- Ability to managed large-scale transformation and project management.
- Demonstrated senior management of customer / supplier relationships in an FMCG environment.
- Excellent communication, influencing and change management skills.
- Ability to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
