Job Description You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the venue, with a primary focus on guest experience, overseeing all food and beverage outlets, and being the point of contact for events as well as developing strong relationships with all other department heads.
You will apply an innovative approach to the current operation, seeking opportunities to improve and reimagine product, service and activations.
You will utilise your customer service & product-focused background to educate and improve those working around you, elevating your team's knowledge and skills in the process.
With this, you will help drive the property through further growth and success.
Candidate Profile To be successful in this role you will have: At least five years experience as a manager in a premium multi-outlet role Exemplary management skills and the ability to work autonomously A solid understanding of all things food and beverage and an eye on upcoming trends Strong financial acumen relevant to P&L management and cost control Amazing customer service with a guest-forward approach A genuine passion for hospitality fuelling a hands-on approach Experience in premium hospitality as well as events An eye for detail and the ability to influence those around you Offer This role offers a competitive remuneration package comprised of an excellent base salary, staff benefits, and superannuation.
