**The Gig**

At Ovolo we also have a strong focus on design and that creative aspect that has our guests captivated in all of our venues across the world. The Inchcolm Hotel is a Classically boutique property. The neo-Georgian design with an edge, pays homage to the building's time of prestige and resident physicians, with subtle hints of musical undertones and an air of rhapsody throughout the hotel and it's suites.

Think a 1920s Paris salon where Gertrude, Ernest and Pablo would comfortably rub shoulders would comfortably rub shoulders while sharing trailblazing ideas and indulging in bistro and other cocktail classics from a bygone era. Stay a while and if you're lucky, Lennon and Banksy may make a guest appearance. The Inchcolm bar is a classic bistro style martini bar serving up some of the best cocktails in Brisbane.

It's the experience that makes people come back. It's the Food and Beverage leader that ensures that these expectations are being met. If you just have great food, it's not enough. If you have a great room, it's not enough.

You must be able to tie all those elements together. It's a like a symphony. The food and beverage space is the stage and your role is ensure that as you conduct to incorporate every little detail into your masterpiece: live music, entertainment, lighting, cocktails, exquisite food, Ovolo styled staff to serve, provide and meet every expectation to delight our guest flawlessly.

**Who you are**
- You are savvy, innovative, "entrepreneurial go-getter" with bags of energy, positive mind-set and with a hunger to succeed within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- You must have a strong background in top-class restaurant/bar operations that parallels with fun and cutting-edge F&B.
- Experience within a busy a large multi-outlet environment is essential with proven abilities in increasing revenue streams, profitability and deliver on sensational service standards.
- You are amazing with your team coaching, training, developing and inspiring comes naturally to you
- You are deadline driven and results-focused and settle for nothing less than the very highest standards of service delivery.
- Solid financial and commercial acumen is a must, with the ability to drive revenue and achieve bottom line profit
- This is a hands on role, working on the floor, leading your team from the front, the visible face of F&B at Ovolo
