We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the role of Food and Beverage Attendants in various exclusive outlets within our hotel, including the renowned Suzette Restaurant and the sophisticated Cuvee Lounge Bar.
As a member of our team, you will play a significant role in delivering unparalleled service to our valuable guests, contributing to the epitome of luxury hospitality.A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, a positive demeanour, impeccable personal presentation, and the ability to greet guests with a warm "Bonjour" are essential prerequisites for this position.What you will be doing:Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphereTake food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyServe food and drinks in a timely and professional mannerMaintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sectionAssist in setting up and breaking down dining areasAbility to run different restaurant sections to ensure smooth operations and quality serviceProcess payments and handle cash and credit transactionsCommunicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracyRespond promptly to guest inquiries and concernsAdhere to all food safety and hygiene regulationsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operationsUpsell menu items and promote daily specialsAssist in maintaining inventory and restocking supplies as needed.QualificationsYou will excel in this role if you have:High school diploma or equivalentFood handling certification (required)Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (required)Previous experience in food and beverage service (preferred)Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitudeStrong knowledge of food and beverage offeringsProficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systemsAccurate cash handling abilitiesExceptional multitasking skills in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work collaboratively in a team settingStrong verbal communication skillsPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry traysFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysAdditional InformationBring your passion and dedication to excellence, and we will recognise your contribution with a variety of benefits, rewards and development opportunities.
