We're on the lookout for a Customer Service Manager to lead the charge in enhancing our customer service presence and performance.

Our client is a leading and reputable business operating in the resourcing sector who are looking to increase and develop upon their customer service presence as we reign in the new year. They are now searching for an excellent customer service manager with relevant industry experience and a proven track record for delivering excellent service to both customers and clients. **The Role**:
Key responsibilities within the role are as stated, but not limited to;
- Collaborate closely with our dedicated customer service staff and office management
- Expertly manage customer correspondence, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Handle purchase orders, streamline processes, and assist in preparing accurate and compelling quotes.
- Tackle various ad hoc administration tasks with finesse and efficiency.
- Assist the warehouse with technical support for product support, explanations or guidance as required.

**Your Profile**:
To be successful in the role, you will be someone who has exemplary customer service management and administration experience having dealt with a wide range of stakeholders with relevant industry experience that showcases your understanding of the field. You will also have excellent verbal and communication skills alongside a strong work ethic which will enable you to thrive in this fast-paced environment.
