About the opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate, experienced Clinical Care Manager for our 112 bed, residential aged care home in Ballarat, VIC.
Lead and manage clinical teams to ensure high-quality care delivery for residents in the aged care setting.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents, ensuring optimal physical and emotional well-being.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, including those related to medication administration, infection control, and patient safety.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, physiotherapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, fostering a supportive and compassionate work environment.
Effective management of the budget and resources allocated for clinical care to ensure cost-effective care without compromising quality.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current nursing registration.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse, with significant experience in aged care settings.
Demonstrated leadership and change management skills, with experience leading a clinical team
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
NDIS clearance OR proof of application & recent police record check
Valid, full working rights in Australia
