Aged Care Clinical Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aged Care Clinical Lead to join our team in Ballarat, VIC.

About the Role:

  • To lead and manage clinical teams to ensure high-quality care delivery for residents in the aged care setting.
  • To develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents, ensuring optimal physical and emotional well-being.
  • To ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, including those related to medication administration, infection control, and patient safety.
  • To collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, physiotherapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care.
  • To promote a culture of continuous improvement, fostering a supportive and compassionate work environment.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current nursing registration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse, with significant experience in aged care settings.
  • Demonstrated leadership and change management skills, with experience leading a clinical team.
