Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging dental practices.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including dentists and office managers.
- Present and promote Precision Smiles Dental Lab's products and services to meet client needs.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the lab team to ensure client specifications and delivery timelines are met.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the dental, medical, or related healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of dental products, terminology, or lab processes is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
