Are you a skilled IP/Trademark's Assistant looking to join a boutique practice, where you are valued and supported?

Moss & Co have partnered with a boutique, IP law firm located in Prahran. The firm work with a varied client base and provide a high level of personalised service. You will be joining a small team of 3, providing administrative support to a Senior Principal, a Lawyer, and a Trademark Attorney.

The firm advise on all aspects of trademark law including in relation to trademark clearances, infringements and related issues, licensing, domain names, advertisements, and anti-counterfeiting for a number of local, regional and international businesses.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Preparing & formatting formal documents
- CRM management, opening and updating files (knowledge of Equinox is an advantage)
- Liaising with clients & drafting basic correspondence
- Diary management, booking meetings and assisting with travel arrangements
- Assisting the Lawyers with PA/EA duties, staying on top of upcoming dates & being one step ahead
- Assisting with billing, reporting
- Other ad hoc general administrative duties and support as required

Your prior experience in Trademark/IP Law will have provided you with the foundations to succeed in this role. Whilst the firm are boutique in size, they work with a calibre of clients, that are usually associated with larger organisations.

The role will suit someone highly organised with a proactive ownership attitude - everyone chips in where required. You will have lots of development opportunity, collaboration, and team growth.
