**The role**

This role is part of a dynamic team that actively promotes CBH Group's agricultural commodities to many customers in various markets. The role will assist in implementing marketing strategies and tasks to improve customer experience and maximise margins by maintaining customer databases, surveys, contract execution and reporting.

This position is situated in Head Office based in Perth reporting to Marketing Manager - International.

**Key Responsibilities**- Maintain a high level of customer service and provide consistent, timely and accurate delivery of information.- Regularly monitor customer information and liaise with customer account owners to ensure information is up to date.- Assist in the development of customer campaigns to drive business volumes with international and domestic customers.- Coordinate with IT & technical teams to resolve any issues.- Report on sales and marketing performance and metrics using system data, including CRM and contract systems and external market information.- Assist in building regular customer communications and updates to customers.- Assist with customer survey processes.- Review and maintain customer process & system work instructions.- Support the analytics of customer data and insights to drive better return from spend.

**Skills and experience**- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing or a related discipline.- Minimum 3 years' experience in bulk commodity trading, or the sales and marketing of grains, oilseeds or foodstuffs.- Experience and/or understanding in evaluating and measuring marketing media performance.- Working knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, and customer communication or marketing systems.- A proactive and highly professional attitude.- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.

Desirable- Experience in managing a variety of communication projects; ensuring deadlines, reporting priorities are achieved.- A strong customer and solutions-focused attitude with an aptitude for marketing.- Strong digital, social media and traditional marketing skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
