Our opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Perth Team. You will be responsible for the tactical implementation and deliverables of marketing plans on a day-to-day basis.

This is a 12 Month Fixed-Term Full-Time contract.

**Your duties include but are not limited to**:
Assist and support S&M strategies, programs, objectives, policies, and initiatives
Assist in the preparation, maintenance and monitoring of all marketing campaigns including digital, print and out of home
Assist with marketing briefs and presentations
Assist with database marketing, communication, segmentation, and analysis
Manage online listings and edm's
Edit and prepare imagery for use online
Prepare meeting minutes and agendas
Assist with budgets, project reporting, expense claims and invoicing
Conduct competitor and customer research, data analysis, reporting, presentations, and workshops
Assist in enhancing the customer experience via Infinity
Assist and attend project launches and events
Participate in sub-committees as directed
Work collaboratively with internal and external agencies and consultants
Assist in maximising PR and networking opportunities
Assist in managing communication/ PR/ social media / project issues

Your point of difference

You will have moderate marketing and sales experience with appropriate tertiary qualifications, where property industry experience is desired but not essential.

Digital and print media experience, copywriting experience, event management experience and database management skills are highly regarded.

Good Microsoft suite skills, adobe creative suite skills, CRM, CMS and edm system skills are advantageous.

Finally, you will have diverse project skills, be well presented, have strong communicative skills and be able to demonstrate commercial/financial acumen.
