**Your team**

The Chief Operations Office keeps CBA running and powers our customer obsession. We process and execute most of all processes across CBA supporting the Retail, Business, CommSec, Financial Crime, Customer and Community Advocacy and Institutional businesses with banking, lending and markets operations, along with running regulatory operations and group regulatory projects.

**Your impact**

As an Agility Coach, you will play an integral role contributing to the successful agile transformation and continuous improvement at an organisational level, working across lines of business within the Chief Operations Office, developing leaders, and extending agility across the enterprise to enable the vision and strategic goals for the Commonwealth Bank. You will coach, mentor and train teams and the organisation to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and learning, resulting in exceptional outcomes for our people and customers.

**Core responsibilities include (but are not limited to) -**
- Implements practices that support teams through the stages of adopting, learning and supporting continuous improvement including process and maturity assessments and adoption roadmaps.
- Provides individual and group coaching to enhance individual and team performance.
- Supports and provides feedback to teams on their operating rhythm activities.
- Facilitates continuous improvement by leveraging learning's and processes established within existing teams.
- Embeds an inspect-and-adapt culture by helping establish metrics across the team. Coaches key stakeholders on how to use defined metrics as a diagnostic to identify improvement opportunities.
- Encourages teams to identify and resolve impediments and blockers that impact the team's delivery of quality customer outcomes.
- Coaches teams at scale to consistently adopt emerging best practices.
- Partners with teams and leaders through problem solving to surface systemic organisational issues and challenges impacting teams and inhibiting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Supports the facilitation of a consistent ceremony cadence and empowers colleagues across the organisation to adopt and embed.

**We are interested in hearing from people who -**
- Have built and led an agile capability of large teams across the Group through coaching, mentoring, training, facilitating and advising at scale.
- Have extensive experience coaching at various levels within large organisations including at an executive suite level (Financial Services experience desirable).
- Possess coaching accreditations (e.g. IC-ENT Enterprise agile) along with certifications relating to agile and product principles such as Lean/SixSigma/SAFe/Kanban/Scrum.org.
- Have influenced leadership at all levels through clear communication to drive the consistent uplift of agile culture, mindset and maturity of the coaching capability across the Group.
- Have led effective problem solving in a highly dynamic environment with frequently changing and often competing priorities.
- Have uplifted teams' continuous improvement in performance through establishing, embedding and measuring metrics as well as providing insights for coaching and team maturity.
- Possess experience in assisting teams to accurately identify and resolve risks and/or issues that impact the effectiveness of quality customer outcomes.
- Possess experience and expertise with Agile principles and frameworks and operational team leadership.
- Demonstrate an understanding of Organisational Design, Human-Centred Design and growth strategy.
- Demonstrate deep understanding and extensive experience with Jira in line with agile methodologies.
- Have facilitated the creation and management of Objective Key Results (OKRs) with stakeholders.
