As an agile coach, you will play a vital role in empowering teams to drive continuous improvement, delivery maturity, and maximise value creation. You will work closely with squads to develop and implement crew-level coaching plans that align with our organisation's goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a crew-level coaching plan to drive continuous improvement and delivery maturity
  • Partnering with squads to implement agile practices and principles
  • Providing individual and group coaching to enhance team performance and capabilities
  • Supporting the development of agility chapter capability and contributing to the growth of agile practices within the organisation

Successful candidates will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in an agile environment
  • Strong coaching skills and ability to influence and persuade others
  • Advanced understanding of agile practices, principles, and thinking
  • Experience in leading technology teams through software development life cycles and driving incremental agile mindset and practice improvements sustainably
