**_The Role:_**:

- Due to rapid growth, Genus Infrastructure is seeking a Business Support Officer to join our friendly and supportive team in Kenwick._
- Reporting directly to the _**_Project Manager, _**_the BSO's role is to coordinate and carry out the day-to-day administrative tasks to assist the project team in achieving company and project goals. Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:_
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and mobilisation of personnel
- Booking pre-employment medicals, collecting licences, tickets and qualifications by site requirements.
- Updating and maintaining the training matrix to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Cross-checking time sheet submissions for blue-collar personnel using definitiv.
- Booking and managing flights and accommodation.
- Paid on-call weekend support where required during peak mobilisation periods.
- Assist with Adhoc duties as required.

**_What you will bring to the team:_**
- Minimum 2+ years customer service or administration experience
- A flexible outlook, with a willingness to learn.
- Accurate data entry & strong attention to detail skills
- Strong organisational skills.
