**About the Role**

The Business Support Officer will provide administrative support services to the Estates team to while providing operational excellence, patient and customer focused service delivery and innovation.

**About You**

As the Business Support Officer you will have at least 2 years' experience in an Administration role ideally within the field of Engineering. You will also have a basic understanding of accounting practices and terminology and with strong excel skills you will have proven ability to create and manage spreadsheets and technical data. The Business Support Officer will also have the ability to work autonomously and provide support to the managers to meet contractual deadlines.

- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
- Demonstrated experience in task planning.
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills, including the ability to show initiative and work effectively under pressure.
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite, OnBase or equivalent and database input skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and without close supervision.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate with a range of stakeholders in various contexts.
- Confidence in developing and nurturing excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
