PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne are currently looking to appoint a permanent part-time Steward. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas, keeping them clean and sanitary at all times.

The Role:

- Ensure the cleanliness of crockery, glassware and cutlery etc. that enters the kitchen area.
- Ensure the cleanliness of general kitchen equipment's such as pots, pans & utensils during course of shift.
- Maintain, monitor & control of waste disposal within all areas of the kitchen
- Operation & cleaning of the dishwasher and other kitchen equipment.
- Comply with all Occupational, Health & Safety Regulations as well as Food Safety requirements at all times.
- Assist in general food preparation and plating of food when required
- This role is an operations based role with rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays. _

Pay: $24.98 - $37.47 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
