This position is a parental leave cover and is offered on a 6 - 12 month basis based in Perth.
Duties & Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to VP Commercial and Analysis, this includes diary management, calendar, email, and travel coordination ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Arrange travel itineraries, domestic and international, including flights, accommodation, car hire and transfers.Provide administrative support and coverage during periods of leaves within Business Development and Commercial (BD&C) and Executive Assistants if required.Organise and support meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics, agendas, and materials.Manage onboarding for new team members and support HR-related activities such as performance and development tracking.Oversee document and information management systems, ensuring accessibility and compliance.Process expenses, approvals, and general administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.Support the Purchase Requisition team with processing of Service Entries and raising Purchase Requisitions.Works collaboratively with other country offices to improve overall function efficiency.
Skills & Experience: Proven ability to work independently with integrity and discretion.Strong organisational and communication skills.Confident engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; experience with systems such as SAP, JIRA, and document management tools is advantageous.Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk systems is beneficial.Experience with Power BI is a plus.4-6 years of administrative or executive support experience in a large organisation, ideally within the oil and gas sector.Not the job you are looking for?
