About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment with high stock turnover and foot traffic. You'll play a key role in driving sales, maintaining premium visual standards, and creating an inspiring team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by delivering elevated, personalised service.
- Inspire and guide a motivated sales team to exceed performance goals.
- Oversee daily operations, including stock management, styling, and visual presentation.
- Maintain high boutique standards and team engagement in a high-traffic setting.
- Drive sales, performance, and customer loyalty in a fashion-first environment.
- Experience in retail management or senior sales, ideally in premium or luxury brands.
- A passion for fashion, styling, and creating memorable client experiences.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive approach, with energy and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- $65,000 + Super + Monthly Commissions
