We are a small company dedicated to delivering great service and high quality products to their expanding base of customers, needs an enthusiastic accounts officer to become an integral member of their team.
You can work in a fun and creative graphic design and print environment.
The successful applicant must be extremely well organised, have an interest in bookkeeping and accounts, be self-motivated, and have the ability to be pro-active and professional. Excellent communication skills are a must.
This role requires many varied tasks including:
- Invoicing
- Accounts receivable
- Following up on overdue accounts
- Accounts Payable
- Answering phones if required
- Maintaining an up to date database
- Some general office administration
The Applicant must have the following attributes:
- Strong attention to detail
- Work well under pressure
- Adaptable and organised
- A good head for numbers (Year 12 maths or accounting is an advantage)
- Computer literate and confident (XERO experience is an advantage)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Can do attitude
- A quick learner
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday

- Nunawading, VIC 3131: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
